It’s not easy getting all the news and information together that we plan to present here. We’re constantly combing Japanese trade and neighborhood papers, scrutinizing lamp poles and bulletin boards for errant news of a new opening, and otherwise reading the obscure tealeaves that portend New York’s izakaya future.
